  • A. J. Teague
    Director and Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Teague has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2016 and has been a director of Enterprise GP since November 2010. He also serves as Co-Chairman of the Capital Projects Committee. Mr. Teague previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise GP from November 2010 to December 2015 and served as Executive Vice President of Enterprise GP from November 2010 until February 2013. He served as Executive Vice President of EPGP from November 1999 to November 2010 and additionally as a director from July 2008 to November 2010 and as Chief Operating Officer from September 2010 to November 2010. In addition, he served as EPGP’s Chief Commercial Officer from July 2008 until September 2010. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of DEP GP from July 2008 to September 2011. He previously served as a director of DEP GP from July 2008 to May 2010 and as a director of Holdings GP from October 2009 to May 2010. Mr. Teague joined Enterprise in connection with its purchase of certain midstream energy assets from affiliates of Shell Oil Company in 1999. From 1998 to 1999, he served as President of Tejas Natural Gas Liquids, LLC, then an affiliate of Shell. From 1997 to 1998, he was President of Marketing and Trading for MAPCO, Inc. Mr. Teague also serves on the board of Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc.

    W. Randall Fowler
    Director and President

    Mr. Fowler was elected as a director of Enterprise GP in September 2011 and serves as Co-Chairman of the Capital Projects Committee. He has served as the President of Enterprise GP since January 2016, having previously served as Chief Administrative Officer from April 2015 to January 2016. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise GP from November 2010 to March 2015 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EPGP from August 2007 to November 2010. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DEP GP from April 2010 until September 2011 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DEP GP from August 2007 to April 2010. He served as a director of DEP GP from September 2006 until September 2011.

    Mr. Fowler served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of EPGP from February 2005 to August 2007 and of DEP GP from October 2006 to August 2007. Mr. Fowler also previously served as a director of EPGP and of Holdings GP from February 2006 to May 2010. Mr. Fowler also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Holdings GP from August 2005 to August 2007. Mr. Fowler was elected Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of EPCO in May 2010. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of EPCO from December 2007 to May 2010 and as its Chief Financial Officer from April 2005 to December 2007.

    Mr. Fowler, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), joined Enterprise as Director of Investor Relations in January 1999. Mr. Fowler also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Master Limited Partnership Association (formerly National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships). Mr. Fowler is on the Advisory Board of Alerian, an independent provider of master limited partnership market intelligence, which includes its benchmark Alerian MLP Index (AMZ). He also serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Business at Louisiana Tech University.

    Graham W. Bacon
    Executive Vice President

    Mr. Bacon was elected as Executive Vice President, Operations and Engineering in October 2015. He previously served as Group Senior Vice President, Operations and Environmental, Health, Safety & Training from February 2014 to October 2015, as Senior Vice President, Operations from January 2012 to February 2014, as a Vice President, Operations from June 2006 to January 2012, and as a Vice President, Engineering from September 2005 to May 2006. He joined Enterprise in 1991 and has held a variety of operations and engineering roles. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Bacon worked for Vista Chemical Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.

    William  Ordemann
    Executive Vice President

    Mr. Ordemann was elected as Executive Vice President, Commercial in October 2015, having previously served as Group Senior Vice President, Unregulated Liquids, Crude and Natural Gas Services from April 2012 to October 2015. He served as Executive Vice President of Enterprise GP from August 2007 to April 2012. He served as Chief Operating Officer of EPGP from August 2007 until September 2010 and as its Executive Vice President from August 2007 to November 2010. He was also elected an Executive Vice President of DEP GP in August 2007 and served in such role until September 2011. Mr. Ordemann previously served as a Senior Vice President of EPGP from September 2001 to August 2007 and was a Vice President of EPGP from October 1999 to September 2001. He joined Enterprise in connection with its purchase of certain midstream energy assets from affiliates of Shell Oil Company in 1999. He also served as a Director for OTLP GP, LLC, the general partner of Oiltanking Partners, L.P., from October 2014 until February 2015.

    Laurie H. Argo
    Senior Vice President

    Ms. Argo was elected as a Senior Vice President in January 2015. She has responsibility for unregulated NGL fractionation, storage, and unregulated pipelines, as well as gas gathering and processing in the Rockies, San Juan, and Permian areas. She served as President and Chief Executive Officer of OTLP GP, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, from October 2014 until February 2015. Ms. Argo served as Vice President, NGL Fractionation, Storage and Unregulated Pipelines from January 2014 to January 2015. From 2005 until January 2014, Ms. Argo held positions in the NGL and Natural Gas Processing businesses for Enterprise, where her responsibilities included the commercial and financial management of four joint venture companies. Ms. Argo has 18 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Enterprise, Ms. Argo worked for San Diego Gas and Electric Company in San Diego, California from 2001-2004, and PG&E Gas Transmission, a subsidiary of PG&E Corporation, in Houston, Texas, from 1997-2000.

    R. Daniel Boss
    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Boss has served as Senior Vice President-Accounting and Risk Control since September 2016. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Regulated Business of Enterprise GP from March 2015 to August 2016. He served as Vice President, Risk Control from April 2013 to March 2015 and as Senior Director, Risk Control from January 2010 to March 2013. While serving in these positions, Mr. Boss was Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and had responsibilities for marketing risk management policies, transaction controls and derivatives and hedging strategies compliance. Mr. Boss also served as Director, Volume Accounting from November 2008 until January 2010 where he was responsible for gas marketing and commodity derivatives accounting, hedging and reporting. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Boss held leadership positions with Merrill Lynch Commodities and Dynegy Inc.

    Bryan F. Bulawa
    Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Bulawa was elected a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise GP in April 2015. Mr. Bulawa also served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Enterprise GP from October 2009 to March 2015, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of DEP GP from April 2010 to September 2011 and as a Director of DEP GP from February 2011 to September 2011. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of EPGP from October 2009 to November 2010, as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of DEP GP from October 2009 to April 2010, and as Vice President and Treasurer of EPGP from July 2007 to October 2009. He has also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EPCO since April 2015, having previously served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer from May 2010 to March 2015. Mr. Bulawa also served as Chairman of the Board for OTLP GP, LLC, the general partner of Oiltanking Partners, L.P. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Bulawa spent 13 years at Scotia Capital, where he last served as director of the firm's U.S. Energy Corporate Finance and Distribution group.

    Anthony C. Chovanec
    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Chovanec was elected Senior Vice President in June 2014. He heads the Company’s Fundamentals/Supply Appraisal Team which was formed in 2010 and is responsible for the evaluation of the key supply and demand trends around the Company’s five business lines: Natural Gas, Natural Gas Liquids, Crude Oil, Refined Products and Petrochemicals. These analyses are used in our commercial activities and in evaluating capital investment opportunities. Prior to joining Enterprise in 2007, Mr. Chovanec was with El Paso Corporation for seven years where he had gas marketing and business development responsibilities, including leading the natural gas marketing and trading activities. Mr. Chovanec spent the early part of his career with Valero Energy Corporation where he focused on finance, strategic planning and business development.

    James A. Cisarik
    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Cisarik was elected as Senior Vice President, Government Affairs and Public Relations of our General Partner in January 2014. After joining the company in April 2001 when we acquired Acadian Gas from Shell, he served as a Senior Vice President from February 2003 to January 2014 during which he had primary responsibility for the oversight of our intrastate natural gas pipelines and projects derived from LNG and other natural gas business development.

    From February 1999 through March 2001, Mr. Cisarik was a Senior Vice President of Coral Energy, LLC, and from 1997 to February 1999 was Vice President, Market Development of Tejas Energy, LLC, both affiliates of Shell. His primary responsibilities were in market development for their Texas and Louisiana natural gas pipeline systems. .

    Paul G. Flynn
    Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

    Mr. Flynn was elected as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Enterprise GP in April 2013. He served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer from February 2005 to March 2013 and previously served as Director, Information Services from October 2004 to February 2005. Mr. Flynn joined Enterprise through the merger with GulfTerra in 2004 where he served as the Director, Application Systems. Mr. Flynn previously held positions with El Paso, PG&E, Valero, and Tesoro Petroleum and has over 30 years of information technology experience.

    Roger B. Herrscher
    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Herrscher was elected Senior Vice President, Unregulated NGL Assets & Petrochemicals in October 2015. He served as Senior Vice President, Petrochemicals & Refined Products from January 2014 to October 2015, having previously served as Vice President, Petrochemicals from March 2012 to January 2014. Mr. Herrscher joined Enterprise in 2010 via the Enterprise acquisition of Bigler Petrochemical LP. Mr. Herrscher’s prior experience includes 17 years with a subsidiary of JX Nippon Oil & Energy. He brings over 30 years of industry experience to Enterprise, having held various positions in Operations, Engineering, and Sales & Marketing. Mr. Herrscher holds a BA in Chemistry and a BS in Engineering from Trinity University and a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

    Bradley  Motal
    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Motal was elected as Senior Vice President, Natural Gas Assets and Marketing in July 2015 and is responsible for all natural gas activities. He previously served as Vice President of NGL Fractionation, Storage and Unregulated Pipelines, Vice President of Western Gathering and Processing, Senior Director of Gas Supply and Processing, and Director of Commercial Operations. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Motal held commercial positions at Eagle Rock Energy Partners, PVR Midstream LLC, El Paso Field Services, and PG&E Gas Transmission. Mr. Motal received a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Houston-Downtown.

    Craig W. Murray
    Senior Vice President, Regulated Business and Regulatory Affairs

    Craig Murray was elected as Senior Vice President, Regulated Business and Regulatory Affairs in January 2017. He served as Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Of Counsel from April 2016 to December 2016 and as Group Senior Vice President and General Counsel from January 2015 to April 2016. He is responsible for all regulatory functions of the Company, including activities involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

    Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Murray was a Senior Partner at Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston where he focused primarily on corporate and energy-related finance, including pipeline financing. His energy finance experience has involved oil and gas properties and pipelines in all major producing states, as well as the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Murray earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and a JD from the Louisiana State University Law Center.

    Robert D. Sanders
    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Sanders was elected as Senior Vice President, Asset Optimization in January 2015. He served as Vice President, Asset Optimization from June 2011 to January 2015. Mr. Sanders has served Enterprise in several capacities, including as Director of Asset Optimization from September 2006 to June 2011, Director of NGL Pipelines from December 2005 to September 2006, and Director of International Business from November 2004 to December 2005. Mr. Sanders has been in the midstream oil and gas business for 35 years. Prior to joining Enterprise in 1979, he worked for the Texas Railroad Commission as an investigative auditor from 1976 to 1979. Mr. Sanders also served as a Director for OTLP GP, LLC, the general partner of Oiltanking Partners, L.P. from October 2014 until February 2015.

    Brent B. Secrest
    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Secrest was elected as Senior Vice President, Liquid Hydrocarbons Marketing in May 2016. He has responsibility for Natural Gas Liquids, Crude Oil and Refined Products. Mr. Secrest previously served as Vice President, Crude Oil and Refined Products Marketing from October 2015 to May 2016 and as Vice President, Crude Oil Pipelines and Terminals from October 2012 to October 2015. He has also served in various other leadership positions, including in the areas of NGL marketing and supply, commercial development, distribution, and business analysis. Mr. Secrest has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry and began his career at Basis Petroleum Inc. prior to joining Enterprise in 1996. Mr. Secrest earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from Middle Tennessee State University.

    Karen D. Taylor
    Senior Vice President, Human Resources

    Ms. Taylor was elected Senior Vice President, Human Resources in August 2016. Prior to joining Enterprise, she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for EnerVest, Ltd. She previously held leadership positions with GenOn Energy, Inc., RRI Energy, Inc., Reliant Energy, Inc., Houston Industries, and Arkla Inc. Ms. Taylor has over 30 years of energy industry experience having held various high level positions in human resources, accounting, financial reporting and analysis, internal and marketing communications, IT applications, and procurement. She holds a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree from Louisiana Tech University.

    Harry P. Weitzel
    Director and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

    Mr. Weitzel was elected as a director of Enterprise GP and as a member of its Capital Projects Committee in November 2016 and has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since April 2016. He served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary from January 2015 to April 2016. He is responsible for all legal functions of the Company, including securities, litigation, employment, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.

    Mr. Weitzel has extensive experience as a commercial litigator, having practiced over 24 years in Texas and California. He has successfully represented individual, corporate and governmental clients as plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of business-related matters. Mr. Weitzel has tried cases in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations under the AAA, JAMS and the ICC. He has handled appeals in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Weitzel was a commercial litigation partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP in Irvine, California from October 2009 to December 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
