Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of our general partner, Enterprise Products Holdings LLC ("Enterprise GP"), oversees the management of our partnership and is comprised of eleven voting members. Five directors are officers of our general partner or its affiliates, and six are non-management, outside directors who meet the "independence" requirements of the New York Stock Exchange. In addition to the voting board members, we also have one honorary director and one advisory director. Our honorary and advisory directors are not entitled to vote as directors on any matters.
In accordance with the rules of the New York Stock Exchange, we have established a toll-free, confidential telephone hotline (“Hotline”) so that interested parties may communicate with the presiding director or with all the non-management directors of Enterprise GP as a group. All calls to this Hotline are reported to the chairman of the Audit and Conflicts Committee, who is responsible for communicating any necessary information to the other non-management directors. The number of our confidential Hotline is 844-693-4318. The Hotline is operated by NAVEX Global, an independent organization that provides an anonymous reporting service for organizations worldwide.
